Chemical cleaning of closed heating and cooling systems!

A thorough chemical cleaning ensures that the system functions optimally and extends its lifespan.

Why is chemical cleaning necessary?

Closed heating and cooling systems are designed to function for many years with minimal maintenance, but over time various problems can arise that require a thorough cleaning.

Corrosion, sludge, rust particles and microbiological growth can lead to reduced efficiency, clogged pipes, high energy consumption and, in the worst case, system failure. A thorough chemical cleaning ensures that the system functions optimally and extends its lifespan.

Why choose Eiwa Energy?

✔ Water treatment experts – We follow industry standards such as the National Guide for Water Treatment in Closed Energy Facilities .
✔ Collaboration with independent laboratories – We ensure that the analyses provide accurate recommendations.
✔ Documented process – You receive an intuitive report after cleaning with findings and recommended actions.
✔ Long-term maintenance – We offer service agreements for regular monitoring of water quality.

When should the system be cleaned - and is it always necessary?

If the system has poor water quality or inefficient operation, we first recommend a water analysis to determine if chemical cleaning is necessary. Sometimes adjusting water treatment and adding inhibitors may be enough.

Dry cleaning is not always necessary, but we recommend an assessment if you experience any of these points:

Poor circulation

Sludge and deposits can block pipes and valves

High energy consumption

Poor heat transfer increases costs

Frequent aeration and pressure drop

Signs of corrosion or air ingress.

Discolored or smelly system water

Indicates contamination or bacterial growth

New/rehabilitated system

Manufacturing residues and installation contaminants can cause problems
